Document Review now uses a centered single-column setup on desktop so the taller settings form cannot leave a large empty column beneath file upload. The shared news cards also use consistent heights, readable line lengths, and a tighter transition into the cleaned public footer.
The homepage now introduces Voqio with a focused promise, a compact four-model conversation preview, and a free-trial invitation before presenting the complete workspace. First-time controls are simplified, advanced setup is progressively disclosed, and new three-step, feature, trust, and closing sections explain the product without changing roundtable functionality.
The sitewide readability layer now respects the compact dimensions of workspace navigation, access selectors, theme controls, and text-size tools. Desktop headers stay on one line, footer controls remain inside the viewport, and mobile accessibility controls sit in the page flow without covering content.
A new note from Seth introduces private document review, explains how four specialized AIs and a reviewer create evidence-linked reports, and gives interested members a direct path to request Beta Tester access.
Document Review now shows an accessible live progress panel with the current activity, elapsed time, and a keep-this-page-open reminder while the four AIs work. When the report is ready, Voqio automatically scrolls to the completed results and places keyboard focus on the report.
Voqio now uses a dedicated light-and-dark readability layer with semantic color, typography, spacing, focus, surface, and motion variables. Body copy, cards, conversations, forms, buttons, navigation, accessibility controls, and mobile touch targets now share clearer contrast and more comfortable reading rhythm without changing the product’s layout or cyan-and-purple identity.
Gemini now receives a substantially larger completion allowance for document analysis, preventing valid reviews from ending at the previous response ceiling. The Workflows page has also been rebuilt for clearer desktop alignment, compact mobile cards, readable controls, and accessibility tools that no longer cover the document form or results.
Light mode now uses consistent white reading surfaces, dark headings, stronger body copy, clearer form borders, and higher-contrast buttons across guides, pricing, workflows, account tools, owner panels, and accessibility controls.
Voqio Workflows is now limited to Beta Testers and the owner while quality controls are validated. With explicit retention consent, extracted sections, exact settings, four AI reviews, consensus, timestamps, costs, and document fingerprints are saved for a clickable owner review; original files are never stored.
Voqio Workflows now uses a mobile-compatible PDF reader with a fallback for browser features missing from older iPhone and iPad versions. Upload failures also return a clear recovery message without charging credits.
