Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Voqio, including the guest trial, BYOK workspace, hosted credits, member features, and invitation-only private beta.Use Voqio lawfully, protect your API credentials, communicate respectfully, do not rely blindly on AI output, and do not abuse the service. The full terms below control.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Voqio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Voqio for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
Voqio provides an interface for submitting prompts to, comparing outputs from, and facilitating conversations among third-party artificial-intelligence services. Features may include a one-session guest trial, BYOK connections, hosted credits, private-beta access, saved history, member profiles and messages, private conversation links, analytics, and owner monitoring. Share links are unlisted rather than access-controlled: anyone who receives a link may read its conversation until the member revokes it or deletes the source conversation. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Third-party AI providers
ChatGPT/OpenAI, Grok/xAI, Claude/Anthropic, and Gemini/Google are third-party services governed by their own terms, privacy policies, usage rules, pricing, and availability. Voqio is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers. When you connect a provider key or request a hosted-beta response, relevant prompts and conversation context are transmitted to that provider.
4. API keys, accounts, and Voqio credits
In BYOK mode, you are responsible for obtaining, securing, and lawfully using your API keys and for all provider charges generated through them. In hosted mode, one Voqio credit funds one complete round across the participating models. Credits may also be spent on clearly labeled account features, including one credit for 10 additional account-history slots. Signed-in conversation history is saved to your Voqio account up to your current slot allowance; signed-out history remains limited to the browser where it was created. Trial and promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire if stated when issued. Credits charged for a hosted session that fails because a provider is unavailable are automatically returned to the account. Future purchases, subscriptions, renewal terms, and refund eligibility will be disclosed before checkout. Never share a key through a prompt or contact form.
5. Hosted private beta
Invitation-only beta access may use API credentials funded by Voqio. Access codes are personal, revocable, and may not be shared. Daily limits and monitoring disclosures apply. Private-beta prompts, interventions, outputs, technical events, and tester identity are recorded and visible to the owner for research, safety, support, and abuse prevention.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Voqio to violate law or third-party rights; harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse another member; send unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or repeatedly unwanted messages; distribute malware; evade provider safeguards; probe or disrupt the service; scrape at unreasonable scale; gain unauthorized access; share private-beta credentials; impersonate another person; submit secrets or unlawfully obtained personal data; or generate content whose creation or use is prohibited by an applicable provider. Automated message filters may block delivery, recipients may report messages, and the owner may review reported content and restrict accounts to protect users, providers, or the service.
7. AI output and professional decisions
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, outdated, or fabricated. Outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs, obtaining professional guidance when appropriate, and deciding whether and how to use them.
8. Your content
You retain any rights you have in prompts and other content you submit. You grant Voqio a limited license to process that content solely to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service consistent with your privacy choices. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content. Third-party providers may process content under their own terms.
9. Intellectual property
Voqio’s interface, software, visual identity, text, and other original materials are owned by Voqio or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the service. Provider names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Advertising and sponsored content
Any paid placement will be clearly identified. Advertising will not secretly alter model outputs. Advertisers do not receive conversation text or API keys merely because they advertise with Voqio. Additional campaign terms may apply to advertisers.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voqio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant third-party AI services or outputs.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voqio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, provider charges, or decisions made using AI output. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid directly to Voqio during the preceding 12 months or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Voqio and its operators against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
14. Termination
You may stop using Voqio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, provider requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Voqio’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to attempt in good faith to resolve it through the Contact page. Venue will lie in a court of competent jurisdiction unless applicable law provides another venue.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms as Voqio evolves. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when legally required. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through our Contact page.
