Introducing Voqio Workflows: Four AIs, One Document, Better Questions
Seth introduces Voqio Workflows, a private Beta Tester experience that turns uploaded documents into evidence-linked analysis, visible disagreements, and human-led next steps.
Today, Voqio is taking a meaningful step beyond the roundtable.
We are introducing Voqio Workflows: a new way for Beta Testers to upload a document and ask four specialized AIs to examine it from different perspectives. It is still Voqio at heart—one subject, multiple viewpoints—but now the conversation begins with the material you are actually working on.
What Document Review does
During this beta, a user can upload a supported PDF, DOCX, TXT, or CSV file. Voqio extracts the text in the browser and shows it before analysis begins, so the user can see exactly what the AIs will receive.
The four participating AIs then review the document with distinct assignments:
A separate reviewer pass compares their conclusions and organizes the final report into agreed findings, disagreements, missing information, recommended next steps, and items that still require human review. Important claims point back to the extracted page or section so the reader can verify the evidence instead of simply trusting a polished answer.
The human remains in charge
Voqio Workflows is designed to support judgment, not replace it. The models can surface patterns, challenge assumptions, and identify where they disagree. They do not approve contracts, make medical decisions, authorize financial activity, or take action on a user's behalf.
The final decision belongs to the person reading the report.
Private by design
The original uploaded file is never retained by Voqio. Users see a clear retention choice for extracted text and results, reports are never submitted as public examples, and failed reviews automatically return the credits charged for the attempt.
Because this is an early beta, healthcare records, confidential legal case files, executables, and financial transaction exports are not permitted. These limits are intentional while we continue testing privacy, citation quality, provider reliability, and the safeguards needed for more advanced workflows.
Available to Beta Testers first
Voqio Workflows is currently available only to Voqio Beta Testers and the owner. This smaller group lets Chris and me observe where the experience is helpful, where the AIs disagree, and where the product needs stronger instructions or clearer evidence before we open it more widely.

Where this can lead
Document Review is only the first carefully limited workflow. The larger idea is to let specialized AIs divide a complex task, review one another's work, expose disagreement, and escalate important choices to a human. Over time, that could support research comparison, website and product audits, business planning, software requirements, and many other forms of thoughtful work.
For now, we are starting with one document, four perspectives, clear evidence, and a human making the call.
That feels like a very Voqio place to begin.
